Alison Wakeboarding

Alison finally got some wakeboarding in before summer ends.

Sherar's Falls

We had a rainy day during our trip, so we spent one day driving and sight seeing. One adventure was to see Sherar's Falls; the back drop of the Jane Kirkpatrick book A Sweetness to the Soul. The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs still fish for salmon from platforms using nets. We saw a 20+ lb. salmon caught! A great day all around!

Trip to Lake Billy Chinook

I guess we weren't really roughing it! We even found a winery to visit. Chloe had to get in the picture. Smith Rock is in the background.

We had a great time camping at Lake Billy Chinook. It was so wonderful to explore parts of Oregon we'd never seen.
